Hi there, I'm just looking to connect with people who have gone through similar. I recently had a psychosis episode, for the first time in my life, and was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.

Hi! I’ve been on this app for a long time, don’t make post much but yeah, your first real psychotic episodes can be scary, I was first diagnosed with bipolar disorder when I had my first psychotic episode also. It gets better! Just needa be patient and id recommend researching bipolar disorder to understand it more if you aren’t already very familiar with it. It’ll be okay!!

Therapy’s needed. It helps to understand yourself. I need it myself to retain balanced perspective. Spoil yourself. Take it slow. I’ve been there
