      @ivylee I have tried it myself and it worked well. Unfortunately, I stopped because I needed a break from therapy since I've been doing it for almost 7 years now. I'll definitely give it another shot once I'm ready again!

      I've been doing CBT and BioFeedback and really like the results, might not be super obscure but I hadn't heard of it till I started with a new therapist

      i've heard great things about dbt therapy, though i haven't tried it myself yet. my sibling has been going for months and raves about it.
