Therapy is always beneficial (once you find a therapist that fits your needs!) I go to therapy and highly recommend it 😊

Tbh, I’m really enjoying DBT!! It’s very hands on and structured!!

I would definitely recommend it. Although definitely look online to see how they review first. Finding a therapist who has experience in trauma therapy is also something I'd recommend with DID. Or just a therapist who has experience with the disorder in general.

I see that you have CFS and for me I had done therapy as a preventative treatment in the past then lost access to it for years and knew that therapy would help tremendously. I ended up sacrificing other things to go through better help and I meet with her every week and it has changed my life once again

Honestly, I couldn't recommend art therapy more! Good luck out there on your therapy search. 🙌💕

It depends what conditions (if any) you have.
