hi tend to reminisce and i end up depressed with how my life is currently going, any thoughts to not do what i do?

      Maybe try some sort of positivity journal. Every day, write down a few things that went good. Even if it’s only “I ate lunch today”, just find something positive. I’d also recommend meditations if you can catch yourself getting down. A brief breathing exercise can sometimes be enough to bring you back to normal
