    Don't force yourself to be more positive let yourself feel the emotions but try to find ways to tale care of yourself and do what you want to do

    Again, with the emphasis on not forcing yourself into it, but maybe just write down or point out in your mind one cool, good, or little thing that happened each day that made you feel a little better. Could even be cooking something just right, perfectly salted crackers, shower temp, it being sunny, etc.
