If you sit down in the shower, try standing up. It always helps me. Eating regularly helps as well, along with drinking water. Cleaning helps me as well. I'm not sure how it affects other's depression though. :) Hope you feel better!🤍

I've been there. You're not alone. My best suggestion is to go outside. Daytime or nighttime it doesn't matter. Find a spot where you can sit down and just enjoy the little things. If you can go outside, sit by an open window. The point is to feel the wind, smell the air and notice all the things happening. Doing this has helped me calm down and focus on the present instead of the past or the future. Usually once your done you feel better and may even get a boast of motivation to do something. Stay strong 💛
