Navigating Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome with Limited Resources

Hi there :) I am here trying to learn more about my conditions and how to manage them better. I’m not sure what all I should be looking for and/ or how to treat it. My medical insurance makes it very hard for me to be seen by a specialist and get better treatment in place. What should I be looking for with EDS?

      @bookworm420 I used to smoke and it provided me with really amazing relief from a lot of my pain. I have SUD history and I’m currently in a long term program that drug tests me so I currently can’t smoke because it would count against me… one day tho lol

      Yess kt tape is a life saver. Also medical Marijuana is usually the only way I can function. Other wise the pain is so bad my stomach is constantly in knots and I can't eat or drink.

      Hi ! I have done a lot of research (i am not a professional take it with a grain of salt) and based on it i have found that supplements and a whole food diet are good for gut health and healing, I personally dont take medications like ibuprofen or painkillers for the pain because i find that its just a temporary bandaid and doesnt provide long term relief, we can dm if youd like please just hmu :)
