          @sickgoose Hey, nice to meet you! Unfortunately, not really. I mostly use KT tape and heat, and I take a TON of Epsom salt baths. Those help more than anything else. But I actually canā€™t take pain meds due to GI issues and ulcers, but otherwise thatā€™s it. Also gentle yoga stretches work.
