Looking for advice on managing my health decline

Hello all. I just created this account hoping to be able to connect and better understand my somewhat recent health decline. I do not have medical insurance so I haven't been receiving treatment for the newer conditions. my older sister was diagnosed with EDS last year, and with it being genetic and me also having all the symptoms I think it's pretty likely. Recently I've been interested in finding sitting work out routines, but I'm not sure where to start. I just know I need to get into better shape.

What Entropyluna said, but be careful with stretching. There is only specific stretching that is safe for people with EDS to do. I would look it up on YouTube.

Hi, I don't know if this is helpful for you, but I found that it is helpful for me. I walk all the time. I'm not sure about your specific issues, but if you're wanting some low intensity exercise, walking is always a good option. Stretching, body weight exercises, and resistance bands are other things you could consider for light exercise.
