Currently? Going to therapy consistently, taking my medications consistently, setting healthy boundaries for myself and my direct (spouse and child) family - and then sticking to them, taking time to just be alone and do whatever I want without feeling guilty, going outside for longer than a few minutes - getting sunlight is really key for me and my mental health. And I've cut out toxic people from my life and refuse to force myself to be friends or family (of origin) that don't value me as much as I value them.

Right now, it's by telling myself I'm going to keep pushing to get it all figured out until I've exhausted every avenue. But if I never find out the underlying cause (all but one of my conditions are always caused by an underlying disease), or if it's found but I don't find effective treatment.. then I don't know what I'll do. How I'll cope. It's scary to face that possibility.

Remind myself that it hasn’t always been this way nor will it always be this way. Eventually things shift. It’s really hard lately though as my symptoms are snowballing.

I smoke weed and I also give myself a positive pep talk

Positive self talk- as much as possible. Also keeping myself and my home clean.
