Running a schedule. Even if it is different every day having a game plan has helped me a ton. So has knowing when to worry and when not to, my anxiety often overwhelms me but being able to say “hey, this is out of my control” or “hey, I can fix this” has helped a TON

Sometimes minute but minute, but my pets sure do help!

Honestly i don't get through my "day". I focus on the hour, or the current time to get through. That sounds bad but I've found making the finish line closer helps. Also, reminding myself that rome wasn't built in a day. I'm making progress, and that's important.

Not very positive, but honest; I don't really know how I do it 🙃

Hanging out with pets, playing video games, listening to soothing music. Taking a moment to validate myself and praise myself for holding on.
