Im looking for some homeopathic ways to guarantee a bowl movement. I've been to the ER 2xs this past 2 weeks bc I can't pass my stool. It's really weird bc at one point I could feel my bowels moving and it felt like I was going but when I looked, nothing was there. As gross as this sounds, it kinda feels like I'm going to the bathroom inside myself but it's not coming out the hole. I have massive amount of pressure in my lower gut and pushing heavily on my bladder. I feel nauseous and can only eat small amounts bc my belly is too full and bloated. I am passing gas but I have to rock and push very hard to produce it. I've taken almost everything over the counter and the only thing that's ever worked for me is Linzess so I've had 3 separate doctors prescribe it to me, only to find out that it needs some type of authorization and I don't even know who is responsible for that?? I'm getting a referral from my pcp today to go to a gastric orthopedic. He should be able to help me, right? Anything that works for u, I'm open and willing to try (unless I've already tried it) and I'm even more interested if it happens to be easy to obtain and all natural but I'm willing to try anything once. Having this issue is so uncomfortable. I can't do any of the things I normally do, I'm gaining a lot of weight and there's probably parasites in my colon. Someone please give me some advice!!

I'm so sorry you're feeling this pain, it's very uncomfortable I know. Did the ER docs rule out an obstruction or twisted bowel? That's important for you to know. The tips I have aren't homeopathic specifically but are natural. I'll list them here and feel free to ask me any questions about them. 1. Use a squatty potty for proper bowel alignment. It really helps. 2. Ozonated magnesium oxides (Global Healing brand- if you take enough it will stimulate your bowels to move) 3. Glycerin suppositories. 4. Coffee enemas or just saline enema to start- great preventative too 5. Topical relief- lidocaine gel to help pass it, since it will hurt so this helps. 6. Sitz bath before and after bowel movement and yogi squat before hand to help open. 7. Once you pass it, you'll want to use magnesium and likely also potassium to keep the bowel movements soft. Constipation is my niche basically so I love to help people with this as I personally know how bad it hurts, so please lmk if you have questions!

Some suggestions from the provided content include trying probiotics, large volume enemas, or 1/4 tsp of Castor oil (Hexane free, good quality). Another suggestion is to look up lazy bowel syndrome and its treatments. Some people have found relief by juicing at home or taking magnesium. Others have suggested trying a lower dose of Miralax or Rite Aid brand emergen c powder. Enemas or regularly taking stool softeners like Normalax or paraffin oil were also mentioned. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before trying any new treatment.
