I'm feeling sick and vividly daydreaming of how I could commit suicide. I really just want all this pain to go away.

It's best not to entertain the thought, even when it's vivid. I know that's a LOT more easily said than done, but generally when I get like this I need to force myself to do something so that I have some form of distraction. Even if I want to lay around because I feel miserable, I have to put on music (happier is better in this case because the conflicting mood makes it harder to think about so much) or watch something, or just force myself to daydream about something completely unrelated. times like these are incredibly hard, but it's important to remember not to give up. I hope you feel better soon.

The above is all completely true. Got to work positively in your mind as much as possible and get around someone who loves you. There has to be someone anyone who needs you in there life... @ home @ work maybe even @ school Things always get better if you keep your head up. Or maybe you could just use a good cry and release some emotion. Please be safe and we all are here for you.

Reach out to someone as soon as possible. There are people who need you, you weren't put here on accident, I just know it. It's an uphill battle, but there are ways to ease the pain. Idk your fam situation but I guarantee you someone out there needs you specifically. All the love and if you need to talk we're all here ❤️

Those are feeling that are really hard to deal with alone. Find someone who can help you, a friend, family and even a hotline with someone can help you
