I have been struggling recently with suicidal thoughts and self harm. I am so sick to the point where I can tell I am burdening my family. I feel like it would be better if I just wasn't here.

      I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. I understand your feelings but I can assure you that those that love you do not find you to be a burden, they may not know what to do to help. Be patient and kind to yourself and let them know what you need from them. I have had to make myself let my friends and loved ones know what I need from them. I promise, this world is better with you in it.
