I wanted to respond to you because I can totally relate. There is so much we being ill deal with but it feels like no one is there. Like currently I know I need to visit ER but its a big pain when I am in the hospital fir everyone. I feel normal stress affects us worse or at least it does me. I battle with myself with a lot of things often...a lot of regrets...blame myself for getting sick...I feel useless. But the biggest thing you have to remember you didn't ask to get get sick neither did I it happened. I will be an ear if you need as I am sure many on here will. Maybe start journaling...I think I am going to. For the times when you really feel alone. I use to journal and at least even though it didn't change it was a way to let it all out even if its just for your own personal release. I am cheering for you! Hugs.
