Feeling Down and Struggling to Find Support

I can definitely relate to some of those feelings personally but most of the time I just try to focus on the positive sides of life instead of worrying about the negatives. But when I do worry about them, I'll try and find Healthy ways of keeping those feelings under control by doing Meditation or talking to someone that I trust about them.

That feeling sucks not many people understand me either my life crumbles every day but you have to try to rise above it and be stronger than that feeling 😃
