I really really feel like i’m losing it, the one person I really enjoyed being around I barely talk to, i’m sick of my job, I hate being around people. I know the isolation isn’t helping me but anything else just feels worse.

A crisis center or if you need a referral, ask your PCP. I've been diagnosed with a couple mental health issues and I've had a nervous breakdown twice in my life. But please don't get to the point where you want to "end it all"- if you ever feel that way, just go to the ER. They have to treat you. Much love.

I went to a crisis center at a hospital. I felt stupid doing it. I wasn't even suicidal or addicted to drugs or anything crazy. But I only had to really interact with 2 people that I happily knew I'd never see again and the help it gave was amazing. At first they asked why i was there and i just didnt know what to say, but the second person asked again and it all just spilled out. It pointed me in the healthiest direction for feeling emotionally better. I didn't even really feel that emotionally sick. Totally worth all the money in the world!
