Need advice on medical issues after surgery

I just started going to this doctor due to really bad swelkig in my ankles and not being able to walk and since February of this year I've been diagnosed with so many different things such as atherosclerosis, COPD, lymphedema, I was going to the doctor every week to get more tests and x rays done. all of this is from a surgery I had last June and doctor ended up cutting lymphatic vessel. my doctor told me I need surgery and she sent me to the same doctor that messed me up in the first place I refused to go back to him. now she wants to wait 2 months to do anything for the lymohedema , the blockages in my body that are blocking blood flow to my heart. the atherosclerosis and the COPD . what do I do?
