Manic Episodes: Should I Have Someone With Me?

Should I have someone be with me during my manic episodes? They have been getting worse as of late.

Can you help? connect today

I've been considering this too. when I'm manic I can't control myself so being alone is a really bad idea for me because I always make really bad choices and screw things up. I've noticed that being in close contact with someone who knows the signs and knows when you're not like yourself can be a big help because they hold you accountable

My Ma helps me because she also has bipolar disorder, but we went on a shopping spree last week and almost spent $300 on misc things.
