Same. Though really bad manic episodes tend to come with something I can only describe as 'buzzing energy' that tends to make me feel full. I have to monitor my eating to know when I'm manic sometimes. I have a friend that helps me watch too, which is super helpful. 'loki. I don't think you've eaten in 2 days. You need to eat, and take your meds. Have you been sleeping?'

i told my friends to help me watch out for manic episodes but when i am manic and i very clearly have "manic eyes" they just think I'm being annoying and acting stupid and hyper for attention
