Fix it by stating you are sorry and you are having a mental issue but you want to change and I feel like with my husband he knows I truely do mean well and this is not the real ms

I tend to be quieter while manic to try to prevent this, I try to isolate myself when I notice (if I notice); it just gets hard when they (mostly my family) won't let me chill off. The longer manic stages of ups and downs (mostly downs that can take weeks to switch); makes it harder and harder to keep up with my responsibilities, and fights have been had. I managed to figure them out; but quick changes can spark an argument; esp if I'm being particularly reckless.
