For pancreatitis I stay away from cruciferous vegetables, green beans, high fat foods, alcohol, I've been trying to reduce my coffee but it's been an uphill battle. I try to stay clear of ultra-processed foods, but it's hard on a low-fat diet. I also have trouble digesting fiber, so that's an issue in and of itself. I take Align destress probiotic to help with the constipation the creon can cause. I'll also take a dose of miralax if it's really bad. I have to limit my liquids or I'll throw up.
