I have lower back pain around my waist and into the deep buttocks muscles. I love to do yoga in general and assume it should help my pain but I find that if I do yoga regularly it actually increases the pain. Anyone have similar experience? Any recommendations for good yoga modifications?

      Doin it I hurted my lower back more so I stop now I’m doin the stretch app and is helping me

      I also have low back pain, but have not done yoga for a while. I use the Downdog app and do it at home; it's free. They have a modification where you can only do floor exercises, and they have a target focus on different areas, one of them being the hips. That has helped me.
