I started a low FODMAP diet 2 years ago, sometimes it works sometimes I still get flare-ups. I also take Protonix 40mg, Linzess 72mcg, .05 Xanax along with OTC IBgard and enzymes. Currently, I'm on the 4th day of a flare-up.
