Ibs peeps I have been cooking my own food the last 2 weeks and I am feeling like 90% better I eliminated most foods from my diet One thing I just learned about today that apparently I was kind of following and now will follow more, is the low FODMAP diet Basically you eliminate a bunch of stuff and then after several weeks start reintroducing foods Look it up

      My doctor recently recommended the low FODMAP diet, is it worth trying? I also have C Diff so I’m not entirely sure if it will have an impact
