My craft room. When I am crafting, there aren't any rules and no boundaries as to what I can create. Also reading. It helps to escape to another world and read.

My bedroom with a salt lamp and purple lights. I love to snuggle with a good book and take naps too. It my safe place to shut the world out if only for a short time

I work at Starbucks, and when I’m feeling overwhelmed or outside of myself that’s where I go. They’re big on being the “safe third place” and I can have my coworkers make my comfort drink for me lol Otherwise I go to a friend/family member I feel safe with - either sleeping over at my best friend’s place watching movies all night or calling my aunt. I know it’s not a lot but I really don’t have many places I can call safe :/ hopefully that at least gives you some ideas to work with

i have a couple: bathroom, closet, and bed. for my bed i just wrap up in all my blankets and put pillows around me so it’s like a nest lol :)

My car, my closet floor, my laundry room have all become safe places of sorts. Especially my closet, it's small but comfortable and very easily made cozy with some blankets for a "nest". It's hard to create spaces when you live with others but we find ways to take what time we can. Much love!

Hi! This might be a little specific but it’s something that I think anyone could recreate if you think it may be helpful. I live in a college dorm, and my bed is half-lofted, so it is about halfway between the ceiling and the floor. That gives me just enough room to have a cozy little corner under my bed. I have blankets, pillows, stuffed animals, and lights down there. Then I tuck a sheet under my bed and drape it over that spot to make a sort of door for privacy. If I ever feel like I need some time alone and reset I will crawl under there and play games or watch movies just to unwind.

My safe place is my bed or being on the forest.
