Chronic Restlessness and Agitation

I walk through an opening in a cave and am dazzled by the light that shines high above me. Grass, soft and tall sweeps around me. Daisies of every color speckle the ground. A pathway to my left takes me to a great oak tree, a swing shifting gently in the wind and large branches big enough to support me. To my right, a stream from a mountain top. It trickles and gurgle past stones and rocks. Fish swim, content and at peace. The water is cool to the touch, and refreshing on even the hardest of days. And nothing around me has any expectation of where I might go or what I might do. The grass does not ask me to mow it. The river does not ask me to splash in it. The tree does not ask me to sit under it. All of these things simply are and exist... and I am at peace.
My happy place for the last year or so has been sitting in my boyfriend's parent's hot tub in TX (I grew up, and we go to college, in MN) on a perfect not hot, not cold winter night where we could see all of the stars in the sky. It was very still and calm. It was the last time I know with absolute certainty I was completely at peace, completely happy. It felt like a dream. Thank you for the beautiful question šā¤

Ancient Japanese ruin, as it was before, just walking through it and enjoying the landscape from the palace walls. The garden with a koi fish pond and a shrine, cherry blossom tree flowers flowing in the wind, the sound of a flute playing in the background. Mountain range stretching to the sky and all around the area, the clothes the people wear are stunning to the eye as well as the food. Night time is the best, stars are out the moon is full and everyone is partying, the fire works go off and music starts playing. Dancing through the night with someone is the best feeling ever.
Mine is my bed all tucked in nicely.... Or on a hammock on the beach
