Living with Chronic Illness: Adapting to Long-Term Symptoms

My main thing is when I first got mine I had to adjust what I did and where I went. I like watching movies, and I can rarely watch sci-fi anymore, but I just found other types of stuff to watch. I also have to be careful with where I go, so I can’t go to specific places because I get affected by strobe lighting or flashes of lifht

Not sure if this answers the question but I barely enjoy theme parks or carnivals because I always either end up with a migraine or get one stressing about how much it will hurt if I go.
