Do Anti-Glare Glasses Help with Migraines?

I get migraines a lot, mostly caused by bright lights, so I’ve been thinking about those glasses that supposedly make lights a bit less harsh on your eyes to prevent headaches. Has that worked for anyone on here? If so where did you find them ?

I've seen some others on here comment about those glasses and from what they were saying they apparently help a lot. Obviously not 100% but enough to make it bearable.
