I have a lot of physical symptoms such as headaches or migraines as well as some vision problems. I live with a constant fear that something bad will happen or that something will go wrong even if nothing is happening. Managing the symptoms are not always easy even with medication. I found that going to therapy helps a lot. Aside from therapy and medication the only other thing I can do to help my anxiety is to shift my focus from my thoughts to something else like Work, games, cleaning, stuff like that. Although my symptoms have not eased up too much and I know im far from being 100% free of anxiety I feel like I’ve gotten better at managing it. :)
