Being tired triggers mine. Avoid drinking in excess or at all really. And I use cannabis to help with my everyday symptoms. I may not be shaking or physically appear to be having a seizure but I feel shaky on the inside. I'm very light sensitive and I should probably get some prescription sunglasses.
