Does a hot tub help your IC or make it worse? Went to one and feeling kind of worse:/ but it’s weird sometimes I actually feel better afterwards. Wondered your thoughts.

@Inoki999 Np! And it's worth reintroducing things. Try variations, like milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate or a fruit you haven't tried in a while. This has really caused me to appreciate tasty things when I can handle eating them. And it sounds like you've given up a lot!

Yeah I have to keep Better track of pain levels. IC seems so tricky and sometimes makes me feel crazy lol I took away a lot of foods on the IC diet and it’s so restrictive but now I’m so afraid to reintroduce things. I only eat like 4 different fruits, no hot spices, no vinegars, no chocolate, alcohol, no caffeine, etc. Aka no fun with food! How depressing. :/ anyway thanks for your response!
I'm not a fan of hot tubs personally (but never tried one during a flare, I admit) but I've noticed that most of my IC remedies don't always work. Sometimes ice works best, sometimes heat, sometimes one food is soothing but not the next time I try it. Unless you find yourself in a lot of pain afterward, the hot tub could be a good thing to keep trying. Maybe pay attention and record what types of pain it helps with the most or look for other details (diet maybe?) to determine which times it works best
