Stretching my hips, drinking lots of water, bladder training (holding it for longer so that my body learns how to lessen bathroom trips) avoiding spicy, citrus, alcohol, caffeine. Also there’s this aloe vera supplement with elm bark and marshmallow root that helps!

Not much helped me but a lot of icers get help from pt, meds and stimulater. I’ve been diagnosed for 25 yrs but started having symptoms at 12 yrs old
