As someone who recently got diagnosed with IC, and is also a vegetarian, it’s been challenging to figure out the diet. Any suggestions for meals?

      Unfortunately I'm in a simular boat to you with newly diagnosed. I've found that sticking to the diet for a week before trying a new thing once or twice then go back is very good for trying if it's a set off or trying new foods in general

      newly diagnosed here as well! honestly just try it and see if itll affect you - my drs told me spicy food would be a big trigger but honestly i havent seen a difference. biggest one of mine is salt though, so a lot of salted snacks had to go. So far i havent had to remove that much from my diet, its just a try and see what works or what doesnt. i also keep a note in my phone labelling the day, all the food i ate, and a number from 0-5 on how badly after around a few hours i started to feel (or not feel) any pain for future reference. good luck! IC sucks :(
