Hey Fellow Alikes!!! I’m type 1 diabetic, I have food allergies including a sensitivity to gluten and rheumatoid arthritis (among other health issues). I’ve been doing this health program that’s specifically tailored to me and my health goals and I’ve had SO much success!! I’ve lost about 37 lbs so far, I sleep better, I have less brain fog, I have more energy and so much more! My blood sugars have been easier to manage, my arthritis pain has minimized greatly and I’m finally motivated to make healthier eating choices and have created a healthier relationship with food and a stronger mental capacity for many areas in my life!
