I would recommend anyone who has been diagnosed with diabetes check out EatMoveRest on YouTube. And check out Joe Cross. Both of them helped me when I first learned of my diabetes. I dropped 120 lbs and my blood sugar is now under control and I no longer have to take metformin. I hope this helps.
