Not sure what this does but hi! I am an 18 year old struggling with hEDS. Just got diagnosed Oct. 27 but experiencing symptoms since 2015. I love weightlifting and working out! I hope to get back into the gym soon with pain management systems. Fun fact: I just finished my first "real" workout since August today!!
