so this morning I woke up to symptoms of a heart attack, intense stabbing pain in the left side of my chest, followed by feeling my heartbeat in my hands followed by my hands going numb and tingly. every few minutes the chest pain would come back duller and then sharp pain moved into my left arm(it was so unbearable I had to hang up the phone at one point.) I spent all day in the er and they gave me know answers but said it could be related to pots, all I know is my left arm hurting as much as it did when I got the covid shot, breathing is rough, and my whole left side is sore. I genuinely don't know what to think and not knowing the reason for the pain is stressing me out, I'll be calling my primary in the morning but other then that I don't know what to do.

It's important to follow up with your primary care doctor as you mentioned. They can help determine the cause of your symptoms and recommend appropriate treatment or further testing. In the meantime, try to stay calm and avoid stress, as anxiety can sometimes exacerbate symptoms.
