I had a heart attack in 2019. I was flying in 2020 and swore I was having a heart attack again. The pain was horrible. I took my blood pressure on my watch and it was high. But just like that, the pain went away. Dr said it wasn’t a heart attack, it could have been a panic attack.

Have you ever considered getting an EKG done? It could definitely explain why you are getting that pain.

I was having similar symptoms. I can’t remember the name of the test..something NGO or Angio lol but it basically found that I have inflammation around my heart (pericarditis). Apparently, it’s common with lupus. They gave me 10 days of meds & it takes about 3-4 months to completely go away

I only get them with a panic attacks or it could be a little heart attack check it out anyway

Yes I also get left sided chest pains tho mine are more of sharp pulsing pains. I'm waiting to see a cardiologist anyway for other symptoms so hopefully I'll get some answers
