I've been having this chest pain like someone is stabbing from inside out which usually starts on the left side, then spreads towards the centre and spreads out to my left hand which goes numbs randomly like the blood flow has stopped when sitting or resting in an idle position. once the numbness goes away my chest, left arm, the whole jaw, and left leg starts paining. Except the chest every part starts twitching randomly. What could be the cause ? What should be done ? I'm unable to get a GP appointment.
