Hey there , warm welcome here! So anemia can be caused by many factors, including iron deficiency, vitamin deficiencies, or chronic conditions like kidney disease. If you have doubts let your doctor know about this. In the meantime, take care of yourself by getting plenty of rest, eating a balanced diet, and staying hydrated.
It is understandable that you are concerned but please don't jump to the conclusion that you have MM. You may be worrying unnecessarily and let's hope that's the case. Please go to a hematologist-oncologist tell them your fears and symptoms and get tested. This is the only way you can truly learn if you have it and if you do just know there are several new approved treatments with more in research. How close of a relation to you has/had MM?
Remember that having anemia and a family history of MM doesn't automatically mean you have it too! There are so many other possibilities, and it's way too early to jump to conclusions. Can you please go get some tests done to put your mind at ease? It'll be a huge weight off your shoulders, and you can finally start feeling better knowing what's going on. Take it easy bud.

"I hear you, as someone who is sick all the time (even way before I got my dx, just cause I have a bad immune system) I really recommend taking a deep deep breath, try to relax and clear your head, then gather some courage, and go get tested. It will for sure help with the current state of uncertainty... Besides, if it turns out that you have MM, getting an early diagnosis means you can start treatment early and that's a huge advantage. Plus, there are a lot of really effective treatments available for MM these days (and for pain in general), so talking to your doc can definitely be worthwhile! we're here for you and hoping for the best outcome!"
