I hear so many people suggest exercise to help pain... and it really frustrates me. I've been going hiking the last four days, varying levels of difficulty, and the pain has just continually gotten worse over the last four days. ugh. I am so so so tired of pain.

      @Mowpar haha not everyone is the same! Sometimes stress causes pain & when you do light work outs it can help to release better hormones & can stretch & warm up your body…. There’s just a happy medium that can be hard to find. Take care

      Don’t get frustrated! Different things work for different people & they’re just suggesting what works for them. I get bad blood flow especially when I’m in my feet for a long time but fibromyalgia is not the only disease I have. Where it’s your pain? Legs ?

        @Dragonrollz hips are what's killing me today, feels like someone has a crowbar jammed into my hip joints and trying to pry them apart, over-all pain is there too and my lower/middle back.

          @Zenia if you’ve been going hiking the lactic acid might’ve built up too much which can cause bad circulation & painful nerves…. Try to rest mostly & please hydrate! If you’re not in too much pain in your arms or if someone can help massage your legs to get better blood flow
