Feeling frustrated today. Been in the hospital twice this month due to severe panic attacks. Tests were run and they say everything looks normal, but as always when reading the results they weren’t normal. When did doctors stop explaining things 😣

That happened to me last year I went to the hospital about 3-5 times a week I had a panic disorder the way I got better was learning how to relax and also did a bunch of labs and blood work to make sure I’m okay mentally I was suffering due to a lack of sleep , nutrition, and stress . Literally felt like I was dying but changing my lifestyle was key
