I was diagnosed with panic disorder and underlying anxiety by my therapist today . I’m still having a hard time accepting this . Bc I feel actual symptoms.. I’m drained n tired of the same thing ..

      Your not alone i battle everyday with the same thing. Actual symptoms make it worst , heart racing , shaky all over , not sleeping , some days its better then others but i am mentally and physically tired of living like this
