I felt this way recently. I hadn’t had one for years, and in 2020 I started having them once every few months.. and now it feels like weekly. Panic attacks suck, we can all agree on that. One step at a time ❤️

I felt that way last night 👍 i missed my cymbalta dose my anti depressent and i think thats what caused it last night when i laid down
