My anxiety was really bad until I started drinking decaf tea b4 I had like 10 cups a day and now only have 2 or 3 decaf and I would say it's made a massive difference

I use earl grey tea and pretzel chocolate to regulate my emotions especially when I have panic attacks and become overwhelmed
