      Food. I changed my diet and eliminated my anxiety and panic. Try eliminating sugar first if you can.

      Staying active and eating anti inflammatory food. A lot of people don’t realize the gut microbiome influences a majority of what happens in our brains and anxiety/depression can be linked back to inflammation in the body and brain. I notice a huge difference when I don’t drink alcohol, coffee and avoid dairy and gluten. It sucks but it helps a lot.
