Hello, welcome! I'm not the best with anxiety, but I'd love to help! For anxiety, I recommend alerting someone you're leaving the room. If anyone asks, that person can say you had to step out. From there, you can calm down. If you're by yourself and feeling anxious, try to read or write, do something to focus on something other than anxiety. The same can be done for depression! As for losing weight, stay away from things like pills or starving yourself. Starving yourself makes you build up more fat. Ask your doctor about foods that can help slim you down and do your own research. Make sure you keep a balanced diet because it can hurt your body to eat too much or too little. Salads and such will help you keep the same weight, so it's good to stick to those when you've reached your goal. Don't forget to treat yourself as well! If you're going to a special event and there's cake or something, it's okay to get some, just don't gorge yourself. Sweets once a week won't hurt and can help your body mellow out. Being active can help you, but don't rely on it for everything. You can always try diets and such, but always ask your doctor for recommendations! This is of course just my take, but I hope it helps you! Sorry it's long!

Always think positive day by day that’s what I do losing weight I’m actually losing I lost 40 pounds I just cut out all bad foods and join the gym. I work out from my hour and a half to two hours. The treadmill and the stairstepper are the most best for losing weight, it will happen overtime but keep your head up. Just keep moving forward.

For anxiety I've tried this thing called grounding my counselor taught me.. sometimes it works better than others.. but you look around the room and find liken5 things you can see, name them off, 5 things you can touch, name them off and then I think 5 smells, but I may not be remembering it perfectly either

I find that the keto diet helps me feel better all around and you lose weight fast. The problem is keeping the willpower to do it before you start seeing changes in your body.. but it only takes a few weeks.
