Benzodiazepines like Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Valium, and Chlordiazepoxide have a very immediate relief action after ingestion. These are great in acute bouts of moderate to severe anxiety. It sounds like a benzodiazepine would be highly beneficial for you right now to get you out of the rut. In the long run, BuSpar, SSRIs, or SNRIs may significantly improve your anxiety.

If I feel nauseous because I haven’t been eating as well I sip a little bit of water to help soothe my stomach, quick nutritious snacks with the help of a supplement or a protein shake are great to accommodate yourself during hard times like that. If anxiety makes your nausea especially bad though idk if you get any then taking something to soothe the nausea and feeling pukey will be helpful in feeling like you can eat some stuff! :) idk what point you’re at with that though, good luck!! Hopefully you aren’t at the too pukey feeling to eat lol!

I have just started getting over this,, I ended up having to go to my doctor and she prescribed me some meds, it took a few weeks but now I'm starting to eat more because my anxiety has calmed down

protein shakes! i struggle with eating as a side effect of my ADHD meds and often rely on shakes as a meal replacement. fairlife is my fave brand rn, it tastes exactly like chocolate milk. naked smoothies are great as well if ur like me and ur trying to get more fruits & veggies in ur diet! i hope this helps 💕💕

Try protein shakes and smoothies! At least you know you gave your body something nutritious to feed on, and that may ease your anxiety without actually having to “eat” something.

it has helped me to have foods that fill me up without having as much. for example my biggest go-to has been chicken tenders because i know im getting protein but then i cut it up into tiny pieces and take the bites one at a time. this makes the task feel less foreboding and my body does not have to as much of the work. it has also worked with cutting up spaghetti into tiny pieces but only filling the bowl up a little. then when im finished with the bowl I can go back and refill so that the original bowl did not look like as much of a task. i also personally liked foods that did not have as much seasoning or flavor when i felt really anxious because that helped it just be something simple that again felt like it was not as big of a foreboding task for me it made me even more anxious that i was not eating because i wanted to stay healthy and get my nutrients so it just really helped me knowing i got my nutrients, i just really had to take it one step at a time because my anxiety made it really difficult to eat so this helped me. idk if that helps you ahhaha
