Questioning the Duration of FND Paralysis Episodes

if you experience FND paralysis, how long does it last? does anyone have short episodes (like 30 minutes to an hour) or is it always more long term? I've only heard about days or weeks but the people who know more than me say FND is very variable my episodes are mostly less than an hour. I either can't move at all, can't move some parts of my body, or can only move very, very slowly. my psychiatrist and my mom have mentioned FND, we previously labeled what's happening to me as catatonia related to autism but we don't know. it could also be both. I also have tics and dystonia sometimes and I can't speak anymore except a few one syllable words (I used to speak fine). I wish I could put my spreadsheet in here but I can't. this doesn't make sense!
